Though this picture is computer generated, we still like it because it has a nice color to it and is very beautiful.
We like the green butterfly because it is beautiful and the color is so green to us that it means the spring season is starting.
In Greek mythology the Greeks thought the rainbow symbol was a bridge between our world and the world of gods.
This kind of butterfly eats tree sap, bird waste, and rotting fruit.
We chose pictures of butterflies because we find them beautiful and also because many butterflies are endangered and really rare. They are very interesting and we can learn a lot about them. Also, they are really cool looking. You can try to find some beautiful butterflies, take your own pictures, and make yourself a really cool collection. The kinds of butterflies we posted pictures of here are rare and need protection. People donate money to protect the butterflies. We hope to see more butterflies out in the open instead of seeing them endangered.
